This was posted on a few different sites today. EMT is a decent airport to fly out of. I'd apply except that I can't teach in the two seaters. They also want a 1 year commitment, which seems a bit much for a CFI gig.

Try Rainbow at LGB, I worked there for about 6 months and logged over 600 hrs., not a bad time building place.
