Are add pay items: DH, an Training such as GSR and CBTs subject to the 87:30 Sick Cap? The contract does not seem to address. Surprise, Surprise.

Since it's a thrown together, half-assed, worthless, POS contract, why does this surprise you? It's not called CONCESSIONARY for nothing.

If you are sick in a month where you have training, DH, GSR, or vacation, you will not get that pay as add pay or above 87:30. If you have a 90 hour pay month and you call in sick for a 20 hour trip and you have any of the above listed items for add pay, you will only be payed 87:30. They drop you to 70 hours, add whatever form of add pay you have back in and then use sick time to bring you up to pay cap.
