I don't usually like to advertise in any way, shape or form for anyone but I must endorse Telex Communications. Due to my own clumsyness, I recently had a mic boom break off of a 2 year old Airman 750. I called Telex to check on the price of repair and they said "no problem, no charge". They also overnighted the headset back to me with no shipping charge. Not only did they repair it but they also replaced the ear and mic muffs because the old ones were discolored. The seemingly insignificant details say alot.

I just wanted to pass on my experience and recommend Telex to anyone considering a headset.

:)

If I had a company that charged $225 for a 15 dollar item, I'd give the same good customer service that they do.
