I don't know of any 135 operators, but I am pretty sure there are a few corp planes based at PAE. Check the air charter guide website - I think it is www.guides.com - it takes a while but you can search 135 operators by city, state, etc...

Try Boeing Field. There are a few freight operations and some pax charters on the field as well.

Try Methow. They fly Beech 18's. They and Amflight are the only ones I know that go in and out of KPAE. Good luck.
