Know any Colorado Corporate jobs??

Anyone know of any corporate jobs around Colorado. I have been flying a king air for a drop zone for a couple years and am hoping to find a corporate job around the rocky mountain region.

I was only a fledgling pilot (guess i still am) when i was last there and am not sure what the corporate environment is like back there.

Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated.

The aviation environment that is. I was laid off some months ago from my corp. job and had to go to the NE for work. The largest Lear 135 operator has numerous guys who have been furloughed from their airlines, back working there. You might get lucky but its pretty slim pickings right now.

Thanks for the heads up. I am willing to go anywere the way aviation is right now... so i guess i better start looking in the north east, huh?

dont go.

northeast sucks. thats whay im moving out of it this weekend. theres ONE fractional that MAY be hiring sometime before too long, and the ONE airline out this way MAY be hiring but you need something magical to get in.

theres not much, out in the NE but if theres any hiring, plan on taking out the commpetition just to help yourself get the job. everyone out this way knows everyone else.

well, cashing in the chips. however all you have to do is send out 112 resumes and then wait 2 months. at that point you start getting hardly any calls. however ive only gotten 4 so far, and 3 in the last week. so even though i feel like im sort of in demand i still have no offers for work yet. anyway i gave myself a set ammount of time to look for another flying job from out this way to anywhere else and then move home when X-time arrived if nothing produced an offer. im talkin hardcore-overtime-hours-at-work type of devotion to looking. well, x-time has arrived and i can resume my search where it dosent cost to much at home. however its kinda bad timing, im stopping halfway to do an interview and then another one as soon as i get there. i'm actually marketable for a little bit more but if i dont land anything soon, well you can only get so rusty. even the PC can help keep your scan/procedures stay a little keen. if this keeps up and im not flying...well.....before too much longer i think ill wind up at a desk or selling cars or something else. it would absolutely kill me to turn my back on the only thing ive ever wanted to do for a living...all beofre i turn 30. i could make it back to the same level but id have to start over from the beginning again finding some place to instruct..but who needs another instructor? they already have one and good luck finding students. i really dont want to do that. besides getting a job in just anything and then a week later telling them i need time off so i can go on an interview?? they would hate me for that especially if i kept doing it.

your scan is the lifeblood to professional flying. the ratings dont mean diddly if you dont have your scan. i hope things work out for you and you find something. if you really wnat something in colorado, check your PM's. i might have something up your alley if youre good enough for these guys.
