got fired recently while in training due to an argument with the training pilot so I need a good lawyer who will accept my case on contingency. The trainer was also fired so it strngthens my case as well. On top of it all I am also a female, who was an air force pilot as well. I flew f-16s to let you know I was not hired for my looks.

A captain I flew with in a former life managed to get hired by large airline, and while not inexperienced, she was by no means high time. (Not a judgement, just an observation) Anyway, she went to training and had some trouble. It just wasn't going well. So she went to a management type (Director of Training?) to complain about her training partner. Don't know the merits of the complaint, but after more trouble in the sim, she was given the choice, resign or be let go. She chose door #1. Sometime later, after finding another job, she contacted the airline again and, whadaya know, she'll get another shot when they start hiring again.

Don't know if a lawyer was involved, but the (scary) moral of the story is that the same "strong" personality that got you fired can also be used to get you another shot, so long as you have the right plumbing.
