Could someone familar with the TFR in NYC help me out with this one?
If I read the notam correctly, I can get into/out of MMU on an VRF/IFR flight plan in a small GA aircraft, correct?
I understand that it will be similar to the DC ADIZ and that there are procedures that must be followed(transponder, communications, etc.) but nothing harder than that (no TSA at MMU).
I have to drop off a Baron for a friend- should not be there longer than 30 minutes if there are no departure delays.
