As you can tell from my avatar, I am a student at Purdue University, and I had my first Turbine Flight Ops flight last week in one of Purdue's two BE20s. Stepping up from Seminoles and Warriors, the King Air was a dream to fly and I definately was captured by the gee-whiz factor of a turbine airplane.
I'm curious what are typical minimums for a King Air PIC position(BE20 or BE90). Purdue is looking to hire another TFO pilot (at least they were), and their mins were 3000TT (I think), 2500 turbine PIC with ATP and MEI. These times seem on the high side to me, but I don't really have anything to compare them to.
Any info would be appreciated...just curious what kind of experience I should be shooting for if I decide I want to go this route.
