Does anybody know who the King Air belongs to that made a belly landing in Fulton County, GA today? Whoever it was, if you read this - nice job!

The FAA does not make it as easy to do historical registration searches, but I believe that this was the last owner.

The need to take this landing and put it in a text-book somewhere. Very nice.
The funny thing was the guy on Faux News describing this landing as something that is taught in the classrooms. He actually had a "name" for this type of landing like it is in a book somehwere. He says, "Ok, now the propellers have gone off (which was actually the condition levers being placed in the fuel cut-off detent, thus causing the engines to feather) and this is a belly slide landing, etc, etc, etc".

I have flown with the guy at a 135 operation in Atlanta. He is currently flying for ASA so I don't want to say his name in fear he might get in trouble.

Best just to keep your mouth shut about that altogether......now the ASA folks are looking for names to find out whose moonlighting on their 1oo/month.

Why don't we delete both of these posts?
