Hey guys..... I had a kidney stone last year and my doc was great.... he got all the paper work that I needed and got me set up with a 1st class with no porblem. I need to get another medical now and he dosen't do them anymore. I was wondering if anyone out there knows If I need all the original paperwork that states that in my cat scan that there were no more kidney stones or do all I have to do is write Previously reported? I don't want to go to a new guy and get screwed. Thanks for the help guys!

If you've already reported it and submitted all that stuff to the FAA for a previous medical certificate, then all you have to do is check "Yes" in the Kidney Stone box, and write "Previously Reported--No Change" in the explanation box. No additional paperwork required.

I bet you're drinkin' lots of water now! It's not a fun experience, I know.
