Try your feeder, Corporate Air. I thought one of their Caravans went to HDN.

Nope. Two issues. No jumpseating on the Caravans is allowed and the Caravan in HDN comes out of Casper.
 
In that case, it doesn't say much for management's confidence in the Caravan.

I believe it has to do with the lease agreement that FedEx has with the Feeder operators. FedEx owns most of the planes the feeders operate. I'm not exactly sure the reasoning, but that's the way its always been!
