Anyone ever done any sightseeing flights out of Key West over to the Dry Tortugas? Was wondering the best way to conduct such a flight as it is outside the ADIZ. Was thinking the easiest thing might be to just file IFR with the route being

KEYW DIRECT EYW275/65.0 DIRECT KEYW

at 4000' outbound/3000' inbound. Looks like the Class E floor is 2700MSL so that should be in radar the whole way right? Would appreciate any tips/suggestions anyone with experience flying around there might have. Thanks!

To add a question here, would this also be a good route to file as VFR-on_Top? That way you get the IFR for the ADIZ, but also the freedom to maneuver a little bit?
