I assume when you say sounds like a big scam you are reffering to the PFT scam that they run. As far as the company, I dont know much besides that they are based in Colorado and fly all green metros and Leers, and that they advertise that PFT scam heavily.
 
They do have an FO P-F-T program. They fly a variety of equipment out of APA, including Metros. They may also be an FBO and offer instruction; I believe they rented out one of the airplanes that was in the recent Denver midair.

I've never been inside and can neither confirm or deny allegations about their reputation.
