getting sued by them shouldn't be an issue, as you shouldn't take a job there.

they do, and they win....every case. the contract really has no legal validation, but they have convinced a judge(same one for every case) otherwise. if you show up with a good lawyer it will be prorated for time spent with the company. just stay away from this nightmare alltogether.

i do believe they are a substandard operation.

but can you find actual docket numbers? since court findings are public records, people should be able to look up each case. i can't find ANY case.
