Be careful with the nose clearing nasal spray. I used it far too long and got where I couldn't breathe without it, and lots of it. It took a trip to the doc, a steroid shot in the butt to get me off the stuff.
I would try the saline spray as previously mentioned. If it keeps up, go see an E.N.T. I finally did that, turns out I had a deviated septum. Had the surgery to correct it and few problems since.
