KCID freight ops?

Does anyone know of any scheduled cargo carriers with flight crew bases at KCID and/or know of any openings?

I have a friend looking for a career op, no interest in regionals. Long-term, stable employment, will get the job done. He lives 5 mins from the airport. 3000TT, 1200 multi, some turbine. 30 years old.
