Aside from the atrocious spelling, you're right on! I live in a nice little subdivision where everyone keeps their yards nice and clean. The oldest house is less than 2 years old. About a month ago someone moved into the house behind me and promptly littered his yard with scrap wood, spare tires, riding lawn mower (the yard is small enough to spit across - nevermind the fact that THERE'S NO GRASS IN IT!), ladder, lunch box, wheel barrow, one of those gigantic inflatable pools, and the crown jewel, one of these. Now paint it up in an Auburn scheme, jack it up a little higher, and there you have it.
Dude, I've got a new neighbor just like that. I bought a new house six months ago. Two months later this guy moves in and proceeds to erect this crappy fence. He's bragging about how much money he saved by doing it himself. (thats obvious) Then he leaves a stack of pallets, pile of scrap wood, old paint bucket and a bunch of kids toys
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE! He doesn't even have to look at it because its
outside of his fence. I step out on my deck and there it is.

That mess has been there for three months.

Then he takes his riding lawnmower and mows a path from his fence to the pool area four houses away. (Our houses are caddy corner with a field in the back) Just an Alabama redneck. I suppose he's movin on up from the doublewide to the slab garden home. He's big time!
I was once on a century bike ride and saw a goat chained up to a house trailer, that was one of the funniest things I ever saw in Alabama.
My wife and I used to make a list of stuff laying in the middle of the highway in this state. Christmas tree, old couch, recliner, ladder, firewood, mattress, plastic lawn chairs, thats all I can think of right now.
Try Tin Roof BBQ on Valleydale near I65, thats my favorite.
