Interview consists of sim, interview, & drug test. I think the sim carries the most weight. Sim: T.O. fly direct to a VOR and enter a hold then vectors for ILS 22L JFK. MAKE SURE YOUR SCAN IS UP TO SPEED!!! If you've been flying nothing but glass for a while, I suggest hand flying raw data on your next trip or get yourself about an hour or 2 on Microsoft flight sim (It worked for me.) The interview is a few Jepp Chart questions, a few Reg questions (Holding Speeds, when can you slow etc) otherwise it's mostly "get to know ya stuff". They want you to know what the company does and what the schedule is like (17on/13off) and that you can handle it. The company's doing well and they're looking at getting more 400's
