Kalitta Charter in YIP???

Does anybody know the good bad and ugly about this place? I know the pay is ridiculous, but how much time do the pilots get/month and is there a contract??

Don't knock it

Don't knock it, it is a paying job flying jets and if they are hiring they must be getting busier, because no one is going anywhere.
Things are tuff, we recently interviewed two pilots both from 121 cargo outfits, unemployed since fall 2001, each over 1000 jet PIC, each one typed, over 2500 multi engine turbo jet, We were the first interview they had gotten since their layoff, good guys so we put them in a pool for future hiring whenever that might be. No one is leaving our place right now either.
