Why is anybody who has been at Flops for less than 3 years still there?? Are there no other jobs out there??? The last 100 guys have been warned that they will probably lose their jobs by the new year???? Im sure there are some good answers but why not go to Net Jets where the health insurance is free???

I came over right after the contract was signed. Went from 3 year FO at flops and I'll probably clear at least 10k more first year with all the overtime, holiday, some reserve and other pay. That's without even figuring the free bennies that I paid for at flops. Best move I could have made.

Just looking over my pay stub, 1st year at NJA and on the 7 day schedule, looks like I'll gross about $44,000. this year, 500 a month perdium, I only spend about 100 of it because of the catered meals the company provides so another $4,000. tax free perdium that I can save, so somewhere around 48 grand on the 7 day, reserve schedule should make about $7,000. more than that the first year.
