Could anyone give any info about jumpseating on UPS or Fedex to Asia and back? I've heard that both are great for long overseas flights and that both allow you to make reservations, but I don't know their current policies for jumpseats or phone numbers to call. I assume that Fedex starts their Asia bound flights from Memphis (a very easy place for me to jump to), but I could be wrong and I don't know where UPS starts their longer flights from. Is there a website to check for their respective destinations in Asia and respective flight schedules?

try Polar or World Airways as I believe they both have flights into Hong Kong. Look under Worldair.com . Im not sure about Polar but I believe World also lets you make a reservation.
I also believe that Fedex and UPS are not allowed to carry jumpseaters now.

Polar 310-435-7474
World 770-632-8030. Currently have some flights between jfk,ord- anc, hong kong
