I am going to be recalled to a new base and being I have been out of flying for awhile I was wondering what the jumpseating rules are?

Can I only jumpseat on my airline or can I jumpseat with any airline or cargo?

I am being recalled back to eagle. Why I might go back I am still wondering myself.

yes and no

You can jumpseat on any airline your company has reciprocal rights with. So if you're with Eagle, that's pretty much everyone. But there has to be a seat in the back since you can't sit in the jumpseat just yet. There has been approval to sit in the jumpseat when you're jumping on another airline but they have to get the software up and running to verify your employment at your airline. Not sure how soon that is going to happen but it's supposedly just around the corner.
You cannot jumpseat on cargo since they do not have a flight deck door.

Just clarify what Jungle said. You cannot ride on Fedex or UPS but you can ride on all of the other cargo carriers....Atlas, Polar, Gemini, KittyHawk, ATI, etc.........
