yea, its a shame that the company may have 175m less. but if any of you think that it was potentially going to the pilot group, you should go take a drug test. mesa employees should know better than anyone that that money is/was earmarked to line the BOD's pockets at some point, not the employees.

the only way mesa will improve is if JO and his pals are ousted out of the company. after that point, the company can start to recover. these two lawsuits might be the thing that forces a change and starts the company on the road to recovery.

i dont know why any employee would be upset about mesa losing the lawsuits. this probably the only way JO and friends will ever be held accountable for their actions and the only way there will be any change.
 
I don't understand why people go to work for Mesa anyway. Are they masochists?

Too bad with the lawsuits the pilots won't be able to negotiate company-subsidized sleeping boards for sleeping on the aircraft.
