Announced this morning.
The judge has ordered Comair and it's Management back to the table. This could get really interesting. With the recent antics show by Comair's Management in court we'll see how much they are willing to negotiate now that more of the facts are on the table.
Now we will also be shown Managements "Good Faith" Bargaining. Until now, they have said that they absolutely cannot move anymore and that it was a bottom line. So if they move now, there is no "Good Faith."
I don't think the judge wants this one. He is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He has to show that he isn't bias to Delta and given Comair's recent play book he is stuck.
Does anyone think this will come to an agreement before January 1st? Just wondering.
