What do you know. Injunctions are familiar ground for good old Mesa. Must really suck for JO when jurisprudence for these antitrust laws keep getting in his way.

Injunction Granted against Mesa back in December 2003

Also story in the NY Times

And the Department of Justice remarks on the same Injunction (page 4 & 5)

If you read the article it was do to anti-trust, nothing to do with lying or steal. Since most people are stupid and forget to read or to understand thingd I will try to explain. Mesa tried to buy ASA and ASA said that it would violate the anti-trust laws (ie competition or control over one industry). And in civil court this mean nothing to the current law suit by HAL. They do not look at this stuff in current cases. Nice try. Keep up the good work,

Before you call someone stupid you might want to get the involved airlines correct. It was ACA (Atlantic COAST Airlines) that Mesa wanted to purchase. If you read the judges ruling, you will see how JO and his minions were basically called liars by the judge. May hold true again out in Hawaii.
