Do a little research
Isn't researching, a little redundant? I think he can get by with being dundant and just search.

I have about 1200TT with 103 Multi.
What companies could I possibly send out my resumes to?

Please advise

Stand in front of a mirror. Now say after me, "Would you like to supersize that order sir/maam?"

True. Most CFIs I know are well aware of every airline that hires at 1000/100 or below. I don't want to be a total jerk, so I'll point you in the direction of:
Great Lakes
Gulfstream
Colgan
Scenic
SkyWest
Eagle
Express Jet
Mesa

We have an opening as well, but unfortunately the mins are 2,000-2,500 and previous 135 experience.

You don't have to look soley at the airlines. Do you meet 135 mins? If so, come on over and join the wonderful world of freight! :D What part of the country do you live in? I'm pretty sure we need people right now...we always need people! PM if you're interested in building that M.E. time up and I can tell you who to send the resume to. ;) Good luck!
