Hey Richmond is my hometown, its always been tight on decent flight jobs, however, if you want to build multi pic, Ram Air has pilots based there at Hanover. PAy sucks generally. Airnet has a plane based at RIC and the pay is decent. Last I heard, they are hiring into bases still. Check their website out www.airnet.com Phillip Morris and Dominion Power were looking recently, but you would need a few thousand more hours, an ATP and a jet type for them to look at you. Check climbto350.com , a company was looking for a Beechjet 400 copilot to bebased in richmond for a part 91 gig. I think they maybe listed also on avcrew, corporatepilot.com and maybe findapilot.com if you dont have a climbto350 membership. Didt say pay but fly about 200 hours a year. MillionAir was looking for a copilot recently and also Martin Aire. Thats about it in the area I can think of. Chesterfield has charter operations but not sure if Mike is hiring right now or more tactful than he has been. Hope this helps.
