Anyone heard anything lately? I know they are difficult to come across, but I thought I'd give it a try. Thanks

Yeah, that's a toughy. I don't know what the big deal is between the B200 and the B350. I've never flown a 350 so someone who has experience can chime in but it's just more powerful engines and a high gross wt and a little longer fuselage right? In some cases the 200 can go to 14500 so why do a lot of companies make a big deal about wanting the type?

...cause it keeps out all of them crazy ass B200 drivers :smash:

Money plain and simple. If they don't have to send you for a type rating, they save lots of money. Why should they spend it if they can get someone else to pay for it? And the 200 training can be done in-house, saving more money. We all want everything cheaper, we're our own worst enemy!
