I am going to fill a position in our flight department (Capt. Midsize Jet) this coming month. What is a good site online in which to search and post for the position?

Try Avcrew.com, it's free for the pilots looking for jobs.

or

NBAA.org Airmail jobs list. If you are not a member, email the webmaster, Jason and he will post it for you.

Thanks for the tips. We are an NBAA member, but I want to keep the posting anonymous. I'll check out their posting options as well as the others mentioned.

thanks

I believe with avcrew.com you can keep it anonymous by having the resumes sent to them and then to you. Why keep it anynonmous?

To save the hassle of having dozens upon dozens on unqualified people show up at your door in person with resumes in hand looking to speak with the chief pilot, etc.. hoping to get that "first big break". I made the mistake of posting a King Air Captain opening on Climbto350 with the company info and had 250 hour flight school grads showing up in person for 3 months after that. Experiance has taught me that a.) look for someone you know first and b.) if nobody you know is available, post the job at a place that will weed out the unqualified/uninsurable people before spamming your inbox with resumes.
