Hiring Salary: Paid on a "per flight" basis
Start Date: ASAP
Closing Date: Subject to close without notice
Primary Duties:
Assist pilot-in-command with operation of aircraft to include navigation and communications. Assist passengers during aircraft boarding and disembarking at destination(s); assist passengers with baggage and other personal items; obtain passenger signatures on manifest. Secure aircraft for takeoff. Stock aircraft with food items and beverages. Assist with positioning of aircraft for boarding and take-off. Clean and straighten interior of aircraft; wipe down exterior of aircraft. Clean aircraft coffee service; restock beverage refrigerator. Assist airport line personnel with hangaring of aircraft.
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses Required and Preferred:
Required: Commercial pilot's license; multi-engine and instrument ratings; current second-class medical certificate
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Experience/Skills Required:
500 hours total flight time; 200 hours multi-engine flight time; 100 hours as pilot-in-command.
Other Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills and experience in passenger handling. Extended duty days, to include weekends and holidays, will be required. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Finalists will be required to complete a data disclosure form authorizing a criminal history check. Males age 18 through 25 must be properly registered with the Selective Service System to be eligible for hire.
