They would not say what Captian pay was, It is on a case by case basis.
They had Senior Captains leaving for Piedmont at the time so that should give you a feel for the pay.
After talking at length with the Asst CP, I decided to pass on the offer. I got the impression that turnover was much higher than it should have been for a company of that size.
Just my take on it.
