Anyone know if a good inexpensive hotel near JFK?

Sunrise Executive Hotel, 516-593-1600, total cost for crewmembers is $100. Building across the street is being renovated, should open any time. Supermarket across the street, good restaurants within walking distance. Van service to/from JFK.

Oh yeah, this one too:
Five Towns Motor Inn, which is located at 655 Rockaway Turnpike in Lawrence, NY. The phone number is (516) 371-2600. This cost about $91 total but not worth the $9 savings compared to the Sunrise. Smaller rooms, not a good neighborhood.

I stay at the five towns every month, good van service, safe, lots of eating establishments, free health club pass and van ride anytime.

Oh yeah, all the pound cake and coffee you can stand.
