Jetstream 41 Charter Salary in Africa

Anyone recommend a good website to do research on expected salary requirements for flight attendants for a charter operation based in Nigeria on a Jetstream 41? Or if anyone has outright suggestions for typical pay out there. The work schedule would be 2 weeks on/1 week off with 4 additional weeks of vaction per year to start. The aircraft would have 25 seats onboard and one attendant per aircraft.

If you are African and local the pay is about $200 a month! If you are contract and not local the pay should be about $700 a week!
