New system bid just came out.
Junior 320 Captain went to a 10/12 hire.
Junior 190 Captain went to a 3/12 hire.
320 is now the junior airplane in both seats. Upgrade is now 2yrs 8mo.

Impressive! I am sure many people wish JB had more West Coast and Midwest base options... :(
 
No specific policy on the boots, although when the goatee left most of the boots seemed to follow.

I like to fly with guys who sport the boots/goatee and rattail haircut. You know the female inflight are too scared to come up during the breaks.
 
Boots are a must. I also offer a pull off Levi garret to the fa and leave the spit bottle in the cockpit for the next boot man to use. It's the polite thing to do.

Also heard that if you're not wearing boots for upgrade or recurrent you'll be pink slipped so you won't be attractive to the big 3 and leave.
