Saw on the news, but which a/c and will there be furloughs. I have some good friends there, best of luck to all. I'd call them, but it's a little late.

Old news. This has been planned for a long time. No furloughs. Maybe LOA's offered but nothing else. These aircraft sales have been in the plans for quite some time now.

Actually i think it will make it 9 for the year with 9 deliveries = 0 net growth with some route reductions may see slight negative asm's

Sad to say but I actually feel that we are lucky to be able to sell the birds for top $$ vs spending 500k to prep fly to the desert and pay storage with an older bird.

I know the fleet often is forgotten, but we did exercise a few options and ended up with 9 new 190's this year. So the net of 0 is only for the Airbus. I believe we are exercising some 190 options for 2009 also and are looking at 9 190's next year also.

I hope you are selling them for top dollar to Virgin USA. And then I hope Virgin USA uses them to stick it to JBLU for boxing out Branson.

We will see if Branson holds any ill will after being blocked out of the early JBLU.

So when did you get turned down at JetBlue??? Not sure who Virgin USA is can you explain. Oh yeah, Virgin USA is the company Branson started to funnel foreign money to Virgin America. Got it now thanks.

Boxing our Branson? He is the one that bailed on the initial investment into the startup of JetBlue because of the foreign ownership rules.
