I heard that JetBlue rehired a handful of pilots who left for other airlines and then got furloughed. Do these pilots get another lump sum of stock?

There is only one I know of for sure. He's now teaching down at the school house, doing a h*** of a job from what I hear. his seniority, stock options, etc. started over with his new class date. Just like his classmates. So, if he was re-hired after the split, he only has 6000 shares and not 9,000 like he would of had. I hope this clears it up.

Thanks JayDub, I think I get it. He didn't keep the original shares because he left before he was fully vested. Is this correct?

I believe that there's another rehire who already re-upgraded to captain. He was furloughed from Delta. Maybe it's the same guy. Either way, I'm envious.
