I ride on you guys all the time and you guys are the best, but please help me figure this out. The ticket counter, gate agents, your pilots, and more tell me that we can now list via "crew support" on the phone. Last week I held for 30 minutes while nobody knew what I was talking about. I just called and crew support said no, only Jetblue pilots can list via phone. Does anybody have a real answer or better yet something in print. Oh yeah, I am CASS approved if that means anyhting for this puzzle.
