Oh, sorry.

CORRECTION:

They will agree to take our money and "do their best" but since "we live in a CBA and RLA world" we would have a tough time defending our PEAs.

Better?
Universe

No escape from it no matter what we try.

Just curious, what firms did y'all talk to?

We have NO idea.

Apparently the company will designate ONE secret pilot to be our "spokesman" during M&A activity but he's not allowed to talk to us, and my guess is, he's probably not allowed to talk during the negotiations with the real men at the table either.

I guess the real question is: Did we retain an attorney like every other pilot group in the country?

It doesn't sound like we did. Too much laughing going on.

But we haven't heard from our designated company cohort yet.

I'm pretty sure we won't have ready legal help in the event of a TE and even if we do, we'll all be on different "direct relationship" pages and you can be absolutely certain that jetblue will do whatever is best for the shareholder, even if it's a matter of a few pennies.
