The website states only count the pic time when you actually signed for the aircraft...does flight instructor time count? (i used to sign for the aircraft at my flight school and sign my students logbooks...just curious if that time actually counts)

I am sure it would, you were the PIC of the a/c. Honestly, I doubt anyone would question you in the remote chance it was ever an issue.
 
whisker,,i figured..im about 50 hrs shy of 1000 turbine pic, but i dont want any conflict of my total pic vs turbine pic on the appilcation
