SWA, because I live in Phoenix.

Peace,
DP

P.S. - What's the over/under for # posts before this becomes a flame war?

How old are you? Where do you want to live?
What about this new jets JBLU ordered? Are they big, how many pax? Will that be good for them?

If I had to pick between the two, I would pick Southwest. I think they are a more solid company with a better plan.

Bye Bye--General Lee:cool:

The General's advice notwithstanding, I'd say that each company has its advantages. Figure it out for yourself!

Pick one then buy a bunch of stock in the other.....your sure to win at least one of 'em.

You will probably win at both....double down!

Personally, I'd rather fly an Aibus A320 than a 737-700 for the rest of my career - I like those side sticks and the more ergonomic flight deck - better for longer flights.... That being said, I am envious of anyone fortunate enough to get on either carrier.

The growth of both companies is due in no small part to the corporate culture of each. Place your bet on whichever one is able to keep that culture going the longest.

Otherwise, the first one to give me a seniority number. Airplanes are airplanes...I'd fly a 1900 for the rest of my career at either outfit if they paid me enough.

Well thought out neubfly. I think I'll quit SWA and head on over to JB!

:D

If you do can I have you SW seniority #??

JB is the old SW. I love the way they treat their employees. They also have more growth potential than SW. I am in NO WAY slaming SW. I'd give my eye teeth for a # there too!

For me, JB would be the way to go. I want a NY base and the potential to be a part of a young and rapidly growing, financialy strong airline. And those airplanes!!!!!!! Gotta love 'em.

I just wish I had the problem of having to choose between the two. Screw that I, wish I had the the problem of interviewing with either of them. They are both GREAT airlines and I would gladly give up my usless AA seniority number to fly for either of them!!!

Neubyfly,

At jetBlue, you won't give up your AA seniority number. Once you come to jetBlue, you won't want to go back to AA.

But you are right, SWA and JB both are awesome companies.

Amen to that! You are correct that if I got the oportunity to fly for such a wonderful company as JB, there is NO WAY that I would ever go back to AA. JB has potential. AA can't get out of their own way. I would much rather work for a fun, growning company that respects their employees. JB and SW are the wave of the future (heck, the future is today).

Sign me up!

Neubyfly....

I saw that nasty f word on the left. I hope you get a call soon. I am with you guys. I would've taken either one..... But now that I am lucky enough to be at wn, I aint leaving unless they make me. I love this place.!!

OAK... I mean MDWRBUST!!!
