If there are any JetBlue types around here that might be so kind as to help a guy out, I'm curious about loads to BOS via JFK out of BUR on 8/13, as well as return loads to BUR from JFK on 8/16.

PM me if you don't mind.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not JetBlue, but here's a tip: JB doesn't overbook their flights. Therefore, if you go onto the normal JB website, you can go through the motions of booking a ticket to get a feel for what's open.

Try choosing "9 adult" tickets . . it won't continue if there aren't "9" seats available . . . if it lets you continue, the flight has at least 9 seats open. Conversely, if you choose "1", and still can't book a seat, that JB flight is full and you're SOL.

That's what I do, anyway. Seems to work fairly well.

Probably too far out to really get a good idea. We tend to sell a lot of our seats during the last week prior to a flight. I routinely see the last 10 or 20 seats sell the night before a departure.

It has been a while since I was in BUR but sometimes it can be weight restricted on the transcon back to JFK. Runway in BUR (guessing) 6800' long. It all depends on the temperature and loads.

My experience in BUR has been the gate agents and crew have a kid count well ahead of time and do a good job of trying to get everybody (even non revs) on.

Don't count on getting on even if it shows several seats remaining. Or you could try the redeye because it is cooler at night (more weight to carry).
Good luck.
