I'm looking to JS on JB for the first time. Do I have to call their reservation number to list and check loads? is there a non-rev number? can I list at the gate?

Please list at this number: 888-538-2997, it will make your experience much easier. The 'bus has 5 jumpseats, 2 up front and 3 in back, the EMB has 1 extra in back, 1 up front. Welcome aboard.

Are pilots allowed to ride in the back? I assume you are talking about the FA J/S?

Yes they are. So are other FA jumpseaters and company personel though, but its still an option.
