JetBlue interview gouge

I know this has been brought up numerous times, but if you all will indulge me...

I was just notified a few hours ago from Bernice for a Sept. 10th interview date. What's the latest and greatest in terms of gouge? Is willflyforfood still a good resourse?

I had several friends from my old regional airline get on with JetBlue within the last few years. What's the company format for email so that I may get back in contact with them?

Yes...I've been doing some work doing interview prep over the phone the last year helping folks get ready for JetBlue and FedEx interviews. (Alas...no FDX interviews lately, but maybe soon!)

In addition to the standard phone sessions I'm doing a seminar down on the Gulf Coast over Labor Day weekend if anyone is interested in doing some prep work while they let their families hang out on the prettiest beaches in the country. The website will have links to local hotels in a few days--nice ones on the beach, cheaper ones close to the seminar site, and some links to military bases nearby for those guys who can stay there space-A.

As for Flipper's other accusations...what I'm most jealous of is the fact I sit sideways flying at night for 60k a year, while Flip is an A320 captain with about 360,000 dollars in stock options to watch every day in the financial section of the paper while he counts his CAPTAIN pay after less than 2 years with the company. JB continues to expand, open new domiciles, and hire some darn nice people. I have a great gig at FDX, especially since I fly in the ANG--but you have to admit JetBlue is likely the most exciting place to be in aviation right now if you are starting your career. If I can help someone land their dream job..well...I like making my fee but I think most of my former clients will tell you I get a pretty good rush when guys/gals finally get that brass ring they've been waiting for!

Anything you can do to increase your odds of landing "the job" is money well spent. The "interview" is not a natural event for most of us. Albie's prep was worth way more than the cost. I used him for FedEx prep and it was outstanding.

Plus...if you pass the interview...and you put posts on silly message boards endorsing his superior services...he actually sends you kickbacks. How cool is that?

Since I'm still in Phase 2 at JetBlue, and thus have refused to go to my mail box in the last month, I guess my Albie-kickback check must still be out there.

To EVERYONE with a 'Blue interview, Albie's service is premium, a must have preparation. There is NO WAY an unemployed moron like me could've passed Phase 1 without his help. Worth twice the price, and even with the money back guarantee, his success rate is phenominal.

I've been know to come home from the O'club wondering where all my money went after being drunk and stupid and buying the house, but so far no kickbacks in this game. A bottle of whiskey or a six pack, however, is never out of the question

Luvfan...are you in both pools, or did you make it on the line before FDX froze classes?

Speaking of pools...trivia fact...one guy I helped at JetBlue was/is still in the UPS pool. I think the lesson there is anyone who is in a pool should still be looking for other opportunities...just in case. I know an ATA thread got a bit hot with opinions on that subject a while back--but I STILL haven't heard any hints of hiring at FedEx, dispite the fact they were drafting 727 SOs last month.
