Not happening. D & D said after the acquisition of Live TV, there would be no more mergers. Not everyone out there shares the 5 core values, and it was very evident with Live TV. I may be wrong, but I just do not see it.

USaviator is correct. I asked Dave Barger directly, and he said that with 100% certainty that JetBlue would never, ever be part of a merger again. He mentioned the Live TV deal, and offered that no other airline has the capital to buy us.

How does a bank force an issue with a publically traded company? Unless they own a lot of stock or a significant amount of leases what power do they have?
