A little known fact; C. Collins is actually a visitor from Mars, and he is going to be beamed up shortly.

JB can have him back! Nobody should kid themselves on a harmonious merger of any carrier. Most pilots would sell there first born for one more seniority number. That be the down fall of us all.

A merger could work. If nothing else, I think a true codeshare between the two would really help them both. Similar product, similar levels of service, similar customer loyalty...it just seems to have the makings of a fairly seamless marriage superficially (labor aside, of course...). And let's face it, the superficial is all the passenger cares about.
