JetBlue doesn't necessarily plan to add cities to its network, though "you'll see us connect a lot of them up more," such as flying from Richmond, Virginia, to Charlotte, North Carolina, Chief Operating Officer Russell Chew said in an interview.

And the typical Doug Parker response will be to reduce capacity even more and send planes back to the lessor.
