JetBlue U, the Corporate University at JetBlue Airways and quite possibly the most forward-thinking and energetic educational team in the aviation industry, is looking for an outgoing, high-energy, motivated and experienced Curriculum Developer who is ready to employ proven instructional design and the latest in technology to create state-of-the-art courseware. This special individual, as part of our Records and Educational Support Team, will partner with our other Courseware and Media Developers and faculty at JetBlue U to create exceptional classroom experiences for crewmembers at every level at JetBlue. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to multi-task numerous projects. Will be responsible for developing course materials for JetBlue University using a variety of tools while publishing in multiple formats. Be able to evaluate and diagnose learning gaps in current training programs and offer effective solutions.

Minimum Qualification:
_
*
1-3 years experience in Courseware Development/Instructional Design or a degree in Instructional Technology or Design.
* Project Management experience.

Skills/Experience:___
Strong Instructional Design background. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office. Skilled in the use of Adobe FrameMaker or MS PageMaker, preferred. Experience with Flash, HTML, and Photoshop a plus. Effective organizational and administrative skills. Self-motivated and excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Skilled in developing project plans and updates for courseware development. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proven skills in editing and proofreading.

Education:
Degree in Instructional Design, Education or Instructional Technology or equivalent preferred.
