I wonder if, since we're the 'launch customer' that we'll get a deal on something for over water....or...perhaps the term "over water" refers to true oceanic flights on the Tracks crossing a pond. Maybe with the dish from orbit pointing in such a way to cover the southeast/carrib. will still give coverage for the Lima routes.
