Don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, but here is a website that list a number of jet performance/cost tables.

I like the format of the website. But just speaking from experience in two of the jets they highlight, they made some pretty big errors. For instance, they said the Citation Excel typically cruises at 374 knots when it's actually around 425 kts on a typical mission (and no I'm not saying that's fast either...I've flown faster jets! :) But the most tragic mistake was the typical flight crew costs...$60,000/yr for a captain, yikes.
