At Sierra West you will make $1500/mo as FO ,$3k/mo as LJ35/Da20 captain, and 2.5k/mo if you're in the metroliner.. yes that's the real payscale.

4 days off a month and they will routinely try to wreck your plans and move those days around at the last minute. 24/7 on the pager and the trips go at all hours. They like the metroliner guys to 91 home, often resulting in 18+hr duty days.

On the other hand, you can get left seat in a metroliner at 1200hrs because they can't find anyone else dumb enough to do it. Can be a decent career move if you have a real strong stomach and high tolerance for wild incompetence

Can't believe people take the job at that pay rate.

On the CA side, you'd have to DOUBLE it and give me 12-14 days off a month for me to even consider it...
